How it works

Three steps, no setup

1
Send your media
Upload an audio or video file, or paste a public URL. Large files upload directly and securely — no tiny size cap.
2
We transcribe it
Olgoo's Simourgh engine transcribes and, if you like, separates speakers — in your chosen language or auto-detected.
3
Preview & download
Check the result in the viewer (adjust the font size), then download subtitles (SRT) or the plain transcript. You're billed only for minutes processed.
Pricing

Prepaid minutes. No subscription.

Buy a pack of minutes and draw them down as you caption. Credit never expires. Bigger packs cost less per minute — or just pay per file.

Why Olgoo

Built for the languages others get wrong

Most AI captioning tools are tuned for English and stumble on right-to-left scripts, mixed-language speech, and low-resource languages. That's exactly where Olgoo is strongest.

FAQ

Good to know

How am I billed?
Buy prepaid minute packs, or pay for a single file. When a job finishes we deduct the actual measured length — so you never pay for more than you processed. Your first 20 minutes are free.
Can I check the result before paying?
Yes — "Preview a 60s sample" grabs about 60 seconds from the middle of your media (where the talking usually is), captions it free, and plays it back with the subtitles overlaid so you can judge quality before captioning the whole file. For uploads, only that short sample is sent — no waiting for a big file to upload.
Which languages do you support?
Effectively any spoken language via auto-detect, with dedicated tuning for right-to-left scripts (Persian, Arabic, Urdu, Hebrew), code-switching, and low-resource languages that English-first tools handle poorly.
What formats do I get back?
A timestamped subtitle file (SRT — works with YouTube, Premiere, DaVinci, VLC and more) and a clean plain-text transcript. Pick either or both, preview in the viewer, then download.
Can I caption a live stream, or use an API?
The Simourgh engine runs live captioning under 3 seconds of latency, and we license the ASR / search / sync as APIs. Live, bulk, and API access are set up with our team — get in touch.
